I remember going to some places near Dong nai where there are a big group of vietnamese speak Hakka. I was so shiok cos I'm a Hakka. I spoke back to them, and they are quite freindly too. All the while I thought, in vn, most of them speak cantonese only.

better not speak chinese or chinese dialect openly in vietnam now, until the oil rig crisis blows over, during the height of crisis even vietnamese are targeted when they speak chinese or cantonese in D5.

Hakka people easier to learn another language.

Hakka , Cantonese and Hokkien all no problem for me.

I know a local Chinese taxi driver that speak Cantonese with me, and teach me to tune up my Tieng Viet.

Why do so many people say Hakka people easier to learn another languages?

My friend also told me that.

I was there 3 weeks after the riot happened.
Whole place very peaceful. As if nothing have happened.
Please do not judge without going there personally.

Best place for you is to stay home and hide:D.

Btw I passed by the 45 Au Co mentioned during the rush hour, all places seems to be filled with people except this place. Only 2 or 3 tables occupied.
Does it have 'hidden' seatings at the back or change of chef?

almost forgot, as for H88, i didnt pm u back to introduce myself was becoz in ur signature it says pm u my name, nationality and something else more i forgot alr, anyway i was merely trying to be friendly and see if we cld go out for beer or something, i am not going for a job interview or something, i dont see a need to degrade myself so as to be able to seek an "audience" with your highness.

so with that i bid adieu to ur highness

to each his own...you go your way and I go my way...btw, I am not any highness...just that I like to know friends by name...since you are not keen to be my fren then be it...no force and dun hurt me a bit...:)

let me explain why i insist on ppl I dun know to intro first...in the past clones pm me and we xchanged numbers...biggest mistake...whole night my phone was either ringing and no answer when I picked up...this go on for a few days...so bear with me if you may...anyway I only share info with frens...which is ppl I met up and know...:)

dun need to pm me if you are not prepared to intro yourself...you can still enjoy HCM...:)

oops forgot to mention...I have not asked anyone to zap you and I have not zapped you...:)

H88 made his condition known well known actually so u shouldn't have contact him rather than contact him then act like he being arrogant...you only contact him because you thought he has something you want and u want him to share it wasn't exactly with a agenda for pure friendship...and like the real world everything comes with conditions so it quite wrong you sarcastically refer him as. His highness
