Thought I share this recommendation as it's a good value option encounter this week.

Tried Bibi today PM as my neck was sore from work.

Location: 7/10. Quite central at Tiong Bahru area but far away from any MRT. Drivers still ok as there is a MSCP to park cars away from sun and rain, with many lots. Very quiet area.
Room: 7/10. Room is clean and nicely decorated, however the in built toilet room is quite dirty. But shower wise ok as water temperature easily adjustable.
