Hi All,

Thanks for the help. I will not walk in, jump, run or crawl. hahaha
I will take a taxi there and walk in to the check in counter. hahaha.

I will be going there on the 4th Aug to celebrate my cewek's birthday.
So trying to get a comfortable room.
So far in Batam, I only go Formusa hotel and Puri garden, never venture
to other hotel before.

Puri Garden Spa is free if you are a guest. For both male and females in the same spa. There are some other class hotels also, like planet, but it is abit ex, about 90 sing, for locals. But planet has a nice view at the top floors.

Novotel is a nice place too. more quiet, and class.

Hotel Harmoni is quite nice too. Never went into the room before yet.

People claim and accumulate mileage to redeem free flights to other destinations. And I don't think there're any Star Alliance carriers that flies to Hang Nadim, so to go Batam, either take ferry or swim across. :rolleyes:
