Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
There are a good number of players looking to leave the club and Liverpool should move quick to secure these players.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Toni Kroos, and Adrien Rabiot to name a few. Time to spend the cash and seal quality rather than scout for cheap potential talent. |
Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Really bad luck.
We have lost Coutinho and Lovren in the opening 32 minutes through injury. Ibe has scored and we lead 1-0. |
Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Liverpool in deep deep shit now. Coutinho n Lovren both out injured after 30mins...1st team players almost depleted !

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Top drawer effort from the lads! Great reaction after the West Ham shambles, with passion and grit!
In adversity we've come through last night! Surprised as I expected a defeat but then again why should we be surprised with a win because we are such a hard side to predict?! Huge shout outs for Toure, Can, Lucas, Ibe and Firmino too - they were superb! Oh yes can't forget, the Welsh Xavi comes out of the woods at last, or is it now more like the Welsh Pirlo?!:D The first 18 minutes of the game was particularly exciting and insightful , even though the Reds had yet to score, as what we saw was Klopp's true vision of gegenpressing football at its very best! Now if only this can be translated to every match, week in week out for the rest of the season. Credit to Klopp for also keeping Can in midfield and moving Lucas instead to CB when Lovren was injured. The big worry now of course is the alarming injury list that just keeps growing!! Latest: Toure Sakho Lovren Skrtel Flanagan Gomez Coutinho Henderson Rossiter Sturridge Origi Ings Critics are pointing fingers at Klopp for allegedly over intense training sessions to execute his gegenpressing vision. Anyways if I were Klopp I would just play the kids for the FA Cup tie against Exeter this Saturday, as the big EPL games come next. Really chuffed to bits:) |

Jurgen Klopp has made his first signing, Marko Grujic.

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Another signing which will do us no good.
In the words of Jurgen Klopp Grujic was shortlisted by Liverpool even before he arrived at the club. The scouts showed Klopp some videos about Grujic. Klopp said OK since Grujic was a potential talent for the long-term. The best part is the deal has a clause in place if Grujic was sold a percentage of the transfer fee will be paid to Red Star Belgrade. Once again this displays the absolute control of the transfer committee and the idea of buy for now and sell in the future. |
Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Just don't understand what the transfer committee is doing . Liverpool need players NOW and yet loan the new signee back . What a joke.

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
So many rumours going on in the transfer mkt. Good sign for pool! At least kloop is attracting players to cum unlike that football genius aka Brendon Wodgers!:D BR's godson aka JA also realised that his days are numbered at anfield:D strange enough that no strikers were mentioned! Only midfielders and cb.
