Since DS is always so fragile and take MC so often! I suggest he follows me to wetnam to do some charity to build up his karma and stamina! Maybe can then help him to rebuild his carrer!:)

That was a good and entertaining game.

I have to say almost all the young lads impressed me last night. In fact, apart from Randall and perhaps Chirivella, I think any one of them could be ready for some EPL minutes this season.

Ilori did well and I'd like us to keep him another year if possible to see how he develops.

Smith I think could provide some valuable competition for Moreno both short and long term.

Randall won't make it here.

Stewart looks a decent prospect.

I like the look of Brannagan too, although he looks too lightweight for the EPL just yet.

Ojo is raw but clearly very talented. He has the physique to cope in the EPL already and I wouldn't mind seeing him on the bench from time to time.

Teixeira was very involved today and looked good. Defensively and physically I have some doubts, but tbh I think he could definitely give Lallana some competition.

Chirivella had little time to make an impact and I didn't notice him much.

Well taken goals by our Welsh Pirlo, Teixeira and especially Ojo. I thought Allen had another good game all in all. Ibe still dribbles too much and passes too little, but he was still quite good tonight I thought.

Benteke wasn't bad, but he had some very good chances that he should have scored from. He should at least have had two goals. He tries, and sometimes it works like with the setup for Teixeira's goal, but it just isn't clicking for him. Think his confidence must be really shot when he can't even score at home to Exeter.

Oh and Flannagan, he looked good tonight with some crisp passing and good defending. Happy to see him back.

Ah Gong very happy with the result. Happy also to see Flanangan back. The young ones had a good future if they continue to perform like this . Well done team. :D

Our young players played with good pace and energy which I feel even our first team players will not be able to match.
The only lacking element was creativity.
Very happy for Jon Flanagan who can now give Clyne some competition.
Good to see Allen improving.

If Alex proves himself at LFC scoring 20+ goals in a season then we have the same problem of a bigger club buying him up. Then we are back to square one again. Angry!!! JK must stop this.

This is the reality of money football. It is difficult to find another SG who will play for a club the entire career. If I am the boss of Liverpool and I buy a player for 20 mil. Comes a stupid club who offers 70 mil, I will sell. In recent yrs, FT n LS were sold in high price.

Reality again, business is about making profit. Without profit, who wants to invest? How to pay for the overhead? Employees go for company that is willing to pay them high salary.

Assuming he does come and also get's his work permit which now may prove tricky because of stricter work permit regulations(Alex has yet to turn out for the senior Brazilian national team), I wonder which player(s) shall be put on sale?
