The only difference might be only because I've known her for 5 years already and her abang know her for 2 years. Still, it doesn't stop her from accepting booking behind his back.

After saying all these, I don't disagree that there might be exceptions. His cewek might be the one truly special one that won't cheat behind his back or will stay faithful to him. But, too hard to find such cewek lor...

It recalls my momory on a piece of old news that a S'porean sold his property here and moved to Batam, bought a shop house to a cewek. That man planned to retire there, started some biz and stayed with the cewek. :cool:

But the cewek sold it off and disapeared, taking the chance that the man came back to sgp for a short break. After he had been back to Batam, he found that he lost everything.

There is a brief discussion on Sintai in this thread a few years back……

Bros, correct me if I am wrong. Someone has mentioned that there are about 100 gals in that booking house (wisma) located far away from the main road leading to Waterfront Resort. They cater mostly to ship building workers or nearby labourers. I heard they have their own security guard like soldier type. But they are very protective and friendly to genuine guest (tamu). But the place is filthy and smelly. There is only a mattress on the floor inside the room. Most ceweks cmi and very, very few syt. And definitely is cheap as mentioned.

At that time, I am quite curious and I have asked a few taxi drivers(supir) at Harbour Bay but they don’t seems to be interested. Maybe partly it is too far away and they are unable to earn a commission.

And got once when I am staying at Hotel Holiday Inn Batam for a holiday with my family which is near to Tanjung Uncang. I went over to a row of shop house infront of Hotel Holiday Inn where there got some PUBs, restaurant and small entertainments outlets. When tried to ask about Sintai, their reaction is cool and said something that is only for locals. I can speak and understand fluently in Bahasa indo so I wouldn’t be wrong to hear that the place is not safe for foreigners.

But now I am not sure whether the place is safe to visit. It is quite interesting to hear that there got 300 – 500 ceweks in the wisma. Sure can find a suitable gal with so many to choose. At least I can find a place nearby for short-time if I am staying at Harris Resort batam for the holiday for this coming December hehehe.......

Hopefully some bros can update on this Wisma and the condition there. Keen to explore if possible.
