Frankly, I do not know how to tell which one is good. Is pain a good indicator? I've a juagen there b4 but it is different the one I got in Thai. Hold on to the base of my shaft and keep pulling up. Occasionally massage a bit on the base. Find it a bit not too right though. :confused:
