This is one game where Liverpool is expected to pick up 3 points. Guess many people lose money . The only positive thing to get out of the game is a clean sheet . The partnership of Matip & Loveren looks to be getting better and better . There will be no easy games in the BPL . Going forward we can expect the opposition teams to park their buses . Liverpool definitely need a Plan B . Would love to give Sturridge & Origi more chances to play .

actually disagree.
a lot of old birds feel this is the match Pool might trip. if Pool win, it'll likely be narrow win.
u see the odds 1.80, there was a good chance of Pool not able to meet the handicap.

Wasted 2 points, profligacy especially by Firmino and Clyne in front of goal. That said there really is no sure win easy game in the EPL nowadays.

Also agree with some views above, Klopp may have got it wrong by playing the tired samba boys instead of fielding both Sturridge and Origi at the start or coming on much earlier. We need to be able to play a 4-4-2 at certain times as well perhaps?

Anyways most important is that we learn something from this match.

Unfortunately think Chelsea is going Top for this week but its still early days.

Liverpool should invest in a winger who is able to operate both on the left and right.

This player should be a suitable replacement for Coutinho and / or Mane.

I think Coutinho did well when Klopp played him in midfield during the second half which allowed him to spray his passes forward. :D

However, he was clearly tired and Sturridge was the obvious choice to start the game.

I knew it, Chelsea would surely capitalized on Pool's lapse!
Don't understand how Klopp could have gotten his tactics all wrong? Seems he has a dislike for Sturridge!
Playing 4 4 2 with Origi n Sturridge upfront would have been the wisest choice..
Sadly,Pool's topping the table was short lived!

Klopp does not prefer Sturridge for 2 reasons.

1) He does not run too much and does not press the rival team players.
2) He is too injury prone.

Many people forget Sturridge is still deadly and brings a different dimension into the game. Klopp is clearly bias and favours some players more.

Chelsea has changed to a formation which brought Rodgers so much wins during his time as Liverpool boss. Conte managed to defeat Southampton at St. Mary's while Klopp managed a tough draw.

Agreed we are yet a finished product but mistakes can be avoided.

Actually Sturridge has been fit from beginning of season till now (touch wood) n we can see that he's very determined, creating lots of chances for himself n others! Now we can just hope that Klopp will make full use of him instead of putting him on the bench match after match.

Liverpool are lining up a sensational double £40m January swoop for Southampton pair Virgil van Dijk and Sam McQueen.

Klopp has an impression on Sturridge and it looks like it will not change anytime soon. Especially the situation when Klopp expressed that players should be able to play thru the pain.

As fans we can wait and observe what happens.

I wonder how their wives feel about their husbands' 200 mile trip to the strip club.
Will be waiting for Klopp's comments.

Actually what's the big deal of going to a strip club? It is just good clean fun to hang out with your buddies on your night off! It is not as if they had gone to a gay club.
All these tabloids got nothing better to write than to stir shit.. :D
