We took the 3 points but only because Stoke had a very poor defense.
Shocking that we allowed Stoke to take the lead 12 minutes into the game and I must say their attacking play was good.
If we play the same style when Man City visit us we are finished.

Liverpool were lucky Allen's shot did not fell to Crouch else it would have been 2-0 to Stoke and a mountain to climb. :p

Lets get the 3 points again this weekend. :D

Watching this match, my balls shrink when Liverpool let in an early goal but Liverpool did not disappoint us with attacking n more attacking n finally outscored Stoke 4-1.

Against Man City will be a different game. Hopefully, we can make use of home ground advantage.

DS, good anticipation to score an easy goal. Still, if there is a good offer, sell him.

Steven Gerrard, Pep Guardiola, David Moyes and Gareth Southgate were all present.
Good news for us is that Man City will be without Kompany and Stones.
We must use this advantage and take the 3 points.

Just like he did with Sakho.
Discipline is Discipline and no excuses should be given.

U cannot put it this way. Firmino n Sakho are 2 different issues altogether! What Firmino did was during his own free time n it was his private life..Whereas what Sakho did was detrimental to Liverpool fc.
So no reason here for Klopp to take action against Firmino.

Players are allowed to do whatever they want in their private life so long as it does not tarnish the reputation of the club.
The offense is drink driving and clearly he does not understand the seriousness of this offense.
As a professional individual who many kids and families look up too what is the message you are sending?
He should be ashamed of himself and I expect the club to discipline him accordingly.
Failing to do so will be an insult to Liverpool FC.

I beg to differ imo. No doubt he was caught for drink driving which was not the right thing to do but he did not caused any accident or caused any injury to others. It's not such a big issue after all.
If it's that serious, many employees out there will be out of jobs as their bosses will be punishing them regardless whether u are someone important or popular.

Stoke defense imploded . They gifted Liverpool with 2 goals .
Looks like Liverpool's luck is getting better .
Glad that Sturridge manages to score .
Now for the next match against Manchester City .

P.S Does anyone know what are the penalties for drink driving in UK ?

Max 6 mths jail + fines + min 12 mths ban. Normally 1st timer will be fines and ban. Not a serious offence if no accident or whatever... Firmino's lawyer can represent him and attend the court hearing if he is having training session.

I think has been changed. The latest version is similar to Singapore traffic laws on drink driving. Luckily no involve in accident or any person injured otherwise jail time mandatory.
