With the pollution an all time high in China, I'd be careful of well water also.
Use for bathing and washing konek still can. :p
For drinking water better use bottled ones.

China hospitals cannot make it lah. :cool:
I rather fly back to Singapore if need to see specialist. :p

I totally agree with u. One of my Indonesia customers ever told me,living in Indonesia,regardless how much u feel the things u wish to buy are really dirt cheap ,u must always remain cool-headed & tell the seller yr "merchandise" is very very expensive. :eek:

Exchange rates are in the Indonesian banks websites...your posting is useless...useful ones are rates obtained in the shops opposite Formosa and alone the main road...if you can't get a market rate, you can't find the hole...as simple as that...hehe!!

1) Prepare additional money as the girls there will be asking at least 20% higher
2) Book your hotel as soon as possible, hotel are filling up fast as i post.
3) Book and collect your departure ticket as soon as possible, ticket are selling fast as i post.
4) Most chinese shops will be closed during the first 2 days and i guess the exchange rate will be bad due to less competitor.
5) If you go to KTV, be prepared to give out angpows :D

Just to add that Horizon Ferries charges extra 12 dollars for the ferries( 2 way) during 18, 19, 20 Feb. No bookings allowed( If I read correctly)...


These 3 days are also very packed. so please note.

Just to add,if already got the ferry ticket,will need to check in 1.5 hour before boarding according to Horizon ferries staffs. Non-CNY period was to check in an hour before,CNY period must be 1.5 hour in advance due to the super long queue.
