its located at people's park centre. when u enter from the main entrance, its on the right after a luggage bag shop.

qizai ... ppc have so many luggage bag shops leh ....
but u r right ... if u enter from the main entrance, turn right and walk all the way in .... u'll see the money changer counter with the LCD screen ...
cannot missed it ...
they always have the best rate in town ...
