And yes, you, nono and a few other stellar contributors makes this, IMHO the best, most informative and true sharing thread on SBF. And I am writing just so that this good thread does not also get destroyed by these crooks.

Unfortunately, the one thing these crooks do NOT want is for Samsters to be able to so easily figure out ANY place and will cause havoc, start battles, target good guys like you and nono to discredit and soooo many other tricks.

As for cost of living, many of these crooks do NOT live in Singapore - either by choice i.e. wife/GF or more likely, because they no longer can stay in Singapore because of legal or reputation problems; they have no choice but to eke out an existence overseas.
And they can very well co-exist with the local scammers and excel as these SBF crooks play upon the good nature of fellow Singaporeans to perpetrate their ethnic scams.

And you'd be surprised how they can manipulate/steer their prey - and even others just reading - to go to the most expensive places/type of play where they make the most kick-backs.

Ahh.. i misunderstood ! Then per month on average i guess roughly $500 on Housing, Utilities, Cable connection, maintenance fees not including laundry.

Hmm.. Per annual will be 6k, good value for retirement in the future for me :p

And... Since U're only 21 yrs old, u better multiply the $6k 3 times cos of inflation by the time u retire 40 yrs later... Hahahah...

Bridge massage and reflexology near formosa. Not as clean as it seems as I was offer a hj on a supposedly clean joint. Not sure if it only from selective ladies but whoever need her no. Or name can pm me. I don't want to share in public so as to protect her. My guess that hj is prohibited in the massage shop.

Yea,actually overall experience not bad. Except the price is quite stiff (on indo term) cos of the 2 girls doing massage plus rotatingly HJ. When i look at their menu,i actually expected a worse situation becos they only say 2 girl massage + Milk Bath. So i pay 498k for the service written in black and white,should be consider fair game if they skip BM and roaming. The 2 girl's BM is a bonus to me,and they strip till left underwear,hehehe...well,i manage to strip that little piece of whats left on them too...lol. :D

I dont think i am going to try the burger massage anytime soon but it is definitely good enough for a once in a life time type of experience. 498k plus 300k (hj by 2 girl) with 2 completely nude pretty-looking girls BM-ing for me and allowed me a full roaming,i believe planet Earth no longer has this kind of price. Not forgetting the massage is those 90mins,well trained,no-piano type too. ;)

This is considered a Luxury to me. :p

This money changer at Bedok near the princess theatre does accept these old notes, but not at the prevailing rate though.

I am glad the info provided helped. I dont forget I was once a newbie ,cheonging safely and attempting to know this place name Batam was my priority back then. Beginner's Guide was design to help one understand Batam a little on their 1st 1 or 2 trip so that one can 1st know what is being offered and what kind of fun you wish to have in Batam. I am glad you understand my language,hehehe...

As promise,i have returned to Sillypore,1st thing i do was look for your FR and reply you. Formosa Hotel will issue a room to anyone as long as there are empty room ready and available. You also did a good job on the 40k cab,hehehe...thumbs up on that.

Good to know you check all the stuffs in the room. Usually smoking room will have windows. If there is no ash tray in your future trip,you can always call receptionist or room service to ask them send you one. Not enough anything in the room,feel free to call for it...but do tip the room service person a bit after.

Get used to the taxi driver and motor cyclist calling out for business. Its part of their business culture.Just reject them nicely and ignore thereafter. Then again,some taxi drivers or motor cyclist are like Batam Information counter,hehehe...as long as you got the right one. Most important is need to get one that understand what you say.

If you stay in Formosa Hotel,Queens8933 is just at 10 O'clock from the Formosa Hotel front door. Opposite Queens is Dynasty. Once a while Queens will occasionally have some rare gems,hehehe...oh,there is no need to tip papi/mami,but i guess 20k coffee money should be alright. ;)

Try walking to Nagoya Hill Mall in future,and you will be fill with surprise if you are a 1st timer. (but avoid bringing your girl shopping,hehehe...)

Yes,as long as you stay in Formosa Hotel when you are a 1st timer or still new to Batam,you basically are covered from in-room Massage,overnight booking joints,KTVs to food,shopping,money changer and any "what if" plan B in the event one is stuck with any cheonging mishaps. ;)

From a scale of 1 to 10,how do you rate your recent Batam trip? :D

What bro newyorker sgd $300 can get hse wih 2 bedroom is certainly wonderful but which area last time my room at happy garden sgd$200 leh per month but got wifi,ac,bed,lcd tv,cupboard with my own personal in room toilet but cooking is at communal kitchen door acess is by biometric scanner using thumb.now tryin balai if things works out maybe will try rentin in balai for a change.

Arggh, I got to try that... How do you get them to strip? recently I find it hard to cum without proper stimulation..hahah. Old liao, that is part of the reason why I don't go Delta Spa, so so massage and no roaming, loose interest after a while.
