Depends on age of patient... the dark skin pigmentation can be because of several reasons... melanin pigmentation which is similar to liver spots in elderly people... can be due to microscopic bursting of blood vessels in the didi leading to a minor clot or some other skin problems... but me no doc.. so better to go and see a proper one... No need to go DSC lah... see GP and see what he or she says.

BTW, how old are you. If u are around middle age or older, it could be some kind of pigmentation like those brown or black spots found on the face and limbs of older ppl. As long as there is no itch or pain and change in size or texture, it should be fine.

All said, if u are still worried abt it, go and see a skin specialist. GP may not be able to help u on this.

If there are small to large black spots lumps on the shaft of your penis and bag with the black spots grouping togeter in various places and multipling within days or weeks. It is a sign of genital warts

You must immediately consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and medication.
