Is PT risk-free? no but as bro austin has mentioned - nothing is risk free. Cross the road today? A car is now more likely to kill you than aids will in a developed country. Catch the train - how did you know there wouldn't be a terrorist attack? Have sex with someone? How do you know where they've been? Do you go to Petain? If so, are you aware that you can catch STDs even if you wear a condom?
