bro soulblader, all you need to do is to cut some of your conversation with this girl and paste it here. Then we have some basis as to what advice is best for you. A good piece of advice is one that can be applied by the person listening to it, likewise as the property agent is able to give quite sound advice (at least to me ah), he should be able to demonstrate it as well (maids dun count, albeit 'high class').

Bro,to be frank ,if the girl really into you some time down the road she will come out with you!But if u jioed her many times(for me 3 to 4 times dun come out dun waste time liao) still dun wan come out,no matter what she smsed or msned you all talk cok one!!!!!Try to cheong more,more targets,girl1 dun come out look for girl2...so on ,end of the day surely at least one will come out!If not lower your expectation!That always worked for me!!!:D

Actually understanding a girl is not too difficult, if you really dun understand just tell her, if after she explained it to you, you still dun than just pretend you do and skip topic(do it naturally so that she dun notice). By telling her you dun understand at first can psychologically make her off-guard on the white lie coming up next(they can be sensitive to our faking/entertaining due to their brain in-built).


But for your case, r/s is a 2-way flow. Just by you alone want to understand her can get no where. She has to be want to understand you too in order to communicate!

Summary:
