tats is in lianhe zaobao newspaper..they say tat the gals have been pulling and hugging passing guys, revealing their breast, lifting up their skirts...

wonder where is it? the only clues they give is in a 3rd level shopping center and along the shops got some beauty saloons..after exluding the not-so-possible ones, theres is only 1 possible building which has quite high-raids records..
