Bro, there are supposed to be some Health Centre/Massage Place in Male, staffed by Thai girls, and totally illegal. The police cracks down on them.

Not sure if there are any still open, but you can try asking around, they are commonly called 'Male [as in the capital Male] Massage'.

Otherwise, it is a pretty action free place. Your only other options for action are either chat up the tourists there or hook up with one of the expats [GRO's for resorts etc] over there. Quite a lot of them hang out in the airport hotel's bar [the only place within the Male vicinity] that you can get a beer.

Don't know of any OKT in Male [does not mean there is none].

Another alternative is to take a weekend flight out to Colombo for your fun. Airticket is about USD100 and flight time about an hour. Lots of Maldivians do that for the weekend.

I have been here for last few months and indeed there are absolutely nothing or they have gone underground so deep i have yet to find it. But last month there are 2 raid which clear out 2 joints so i guess its me who dunno the in and out yet.

Maldives u have to BYO otherwise chances are as good as nil.. It is getting very very expensive now especially the 4* n 5* resorts..

For sure this is not the maldives of old, both Male and Hulhumale have plenty of spas mostly with thai girls. quite easy to find out which ones offer extras , they are at the cheaper end of the scale 400 mvr 1 hour for massage as opposed to 800+ mvr for legit. sometimes all you have to do is message them on facebook and they will give the rates of extras
