It is significantly harder to find Gaijin friendly establishment out of Tokyo, Osaka and Yokohama.

Do you speak Japanese? If so, just head down to Susukino and enquire in one of the Muryouannaishou. They can introduce gaijin friendly establishment. The redlight district of Susukino is new the Tokyo-Rei hotel and the famous Genghis Khan restaurant. Try your luck around that area.

You should visit Susukino district in Sapporo! Susukino area is designated as a redlight district and you'll find many soapland complexes south of Susukino Station. I'll be there in October for 6 says!

Foreign friendly and OKT quite friendly can speak english.. Now earthquake in Sapporo. It will be better to be able to speak jap to fully enjoy. In Hokkaido but going skiing with some buddies to Niseko, staying at Hirafu. First time at that place. Anyone found any Soapland or incall service there? Can recommend?

Hokkaido is more or less gaijin friendly and most of the time you get real japanese. However it is tough for susukino area I do not know why it is getting less and less gaijin friendly nowadays however outskirt town such as asahikawa and Hakodate have many fun soapland that accept gaijin if you speak Japanese.

i have visited 3 shop soapland
in Susukino on march 2020 anyway i know to communicate in simple japanese.
