I mentioned the same another thread. Shop is new and the ladies are so-so only. Rate they quote is very high. There are lot of budget shops around that area so not sure how they going to survive.

Environment is clean, neat, and location is discreet. Each room has shower pod.

Promo entry price is very ok, if back to normal price I think many bros will avoid.

Tried Lyly. Massage is very good. Service is nice, she gave a very green and new to all this feeling.

Market rate - one blue. Gave extra red as tip.

As promised, our market dmg is min 1B. We have highlighted to our team. If there's any discrepancy, brothers can just tell the ml this is stated.

We do hope fellows bros to be generous with your moolas should you feel the ml has put in sufficient effort to ensure you are well taken care off. An additional 1R or more if appreciated.

Min 1B? Then max is how many B? or Max 1B for HJ? FYI, YIYI aka IU changes many spa and is notorious for over priced HJ with roaming. Can we have a clear price guide before deciding to go?

Under our management, we aim to provide a value for money service and environment for bros to enjoy.

When we said min 1B for basic happiness, we don't restrict what max dmg our bros can reward our ml. As said in earlier post. We hope sbf bros can be generous of they feel the ml service is worth more than 1b .

Agreed with most of the bros here about the sharp knife. Personally I tried the Vietnamese, Ann, and was also quoted the same rates 2 blues without touch and 3 blues for autoroam. I thought it was only me. Nowadays got so much Spas and ML to choose from, move on la bros.

We shall make one last post Abt the dmg pricing. As highlighted earlier, the team is briefed Abt 1B . Shld any bros feel that our team doesn't deserve more, the min to dmg is 1B.


There's is no max dmg as any body choice based on their comfort level of spending. There's also FR provided by fellows bros to confirm the facts. We have previously sack a ml immediately when we know she demanded too much from customers and disrespect our standard.

One man's meat one man's poison. We respect all frs sharing in a forum. We hope FR provided can be used to improve service standards and not be used as tools for malicious intent. We believe bros can make their judgement to decide.

As long as entry price reasonable, service is acceptable and damage (asking from ML mouth themselves) is within market range (of course if service is exceptional, then bros can tip higher), senior / reputable bros will then leave good FRs which will directly boost your spa / girl's reputation. Hopefully the MLs are really brief on this then next week we will see more positive FRs.

Boss, a few comments to feedback.
The room aircon better it don’t swing and sometimes blow down onto the massage table.
Tried Lyly before and she has heaty breath - need to give them more water to drink and put listerine in staff toilet :D
Need to train ML to tell those loud talkative bros to quieten down. Haahaa

So called promo price is the max market rate for entry fee hor. Let’s be clear this is the permanent discount for SBF bros :)

Which ML can communicate in English?

To be clear on all the pricing ding dong, what is the stance on roaming? No doubt each ML has own comfort zone on how extensive the roaming she allows and that is to be respected but we don’t have 3G signal in Singapore liao, think ML need to be told SBF bros have expectation that the $50 is inclusive of roaming (and not that fake roaming of outside the clothes only bullshit). Many threads here teaching and confirm to juniors about this already. If want to have tourist pricing that’s up to management how’s their business model but wasting time in room because need to nego to true market rate (not even discount rate) is mood killer. Will try again one more time but if need to nego, sian 1/2, confirm will move on and don’t look back.

Tried before previously before they opened this thread. They say the ML was new, so went to support them. That time the price is $70. ML also just so-so, knife too sharp and quoted 3b just for hj. Seems that the ml here are all quite greedy, decided not to rtm again. Somemore give me a room without shower, ask me go over another room to shower, while showering another ML just walk in to take some stuffs. Like wtf.
Seems like they haven change much as what the other bros mentioned. Knife still as sharp as ever. There are better options elsewhere, even if they reduce the price and keep promoting, i not going back.
