I know local guys get bjs for 150.K. at hot tocs and cafes. As for massage, its normall for local guys to pay 150.K. for the ticket, and 500.k.-700.k. tip for fuk.

I agree that I overpaid, but I was on a very short visit to HCMC from Bin Duong and was feeling horny. Basically, I wouldn't have paid so much if I had had more time to look around, but it did the job for me that day.

Summary of HCMC cheong spots

I had a opportunity to take a gentleman on a tour explore most of the hcmc hotspots so ill use that to formulate a summary of hcmc options in light of the current raids

D1 Bars
Still available but very low key, the pretty much ignore you unless you call them over and they dont offer hotel services unless you are "safe". Prices i believe 50-70 St + bf and 100+ bf LT...over all very non viable unless you dont know better. Looks ok 5-7's.nothing to say WOW.

Tourist bars
The same as usual, though i have seen a few young cuties, tho mostly older girls, again good for cheaper beers and friendlier girls, the cutie i asked about wanted 70usd St ie about 1.4mill. Fun for chatting and fliting though factoring ST hotel and questionable service again not my idea of value

Area 1 barbarshops offering sex
The shops have moved i counted 7 in total, some with 5-6 girls others with 10-12, again ranging in looks 5-7.and occasional 8..cost 600+200, for me the best option.

Area 2
This area is also foreigner exposed a total of 10 shops i counted older types more so than area 1 but again avg rnage 5-7 with a few 8's..cost is 1mill +200...given that its more expensive but the price difference is smaller ie 400k compared to the 550k or close to 100% difference..makes this now a viable alternative.

Area 3 little foreigner exposure
5-6 shops only some with 10-12 girls...these girls look more heavily made up but again teh same types of 5-7's...price 1mil +2-300k ticket.
As with area two it is now a viable option sincew area 1 price increase.

We took a look at two on LHP, we only wanted to look at girls avail for over night, these two places offered 4-5 girls each. Admittedly we came late at 8+pm and so teh choice was limited with some 7's but motsly 5-6's. Not sure about the LT costs but i assume it would again bve the market of 100usd. The tips was 200k for girls 100k for mommy and 50-90k for the servcie staff, beers were 40k each , fruit 150k, kareoke 75k, napkins 20k...so again unles su like to sing and drink, thats not ideal.

Those in the know are aware it was recently raided so its SOP has definately chjanged, when asked about girls willing to go overnight was told they cannot help, u need to determine yourself, we came at 10;30...teh girls shown was only 2 and they only 5's...seems this place has def been spolit and shoudl be avoided.

This place has quite a few shops with quite a few decent girls, however be aware of the PRIVATE room scam...some may call it a scam some might. Basically if you dont specify the shared room, you will get the private room at a 50-60k surcharge ie 100-120k for normal room or 180-200k for private room, and given that the tip matches teh ticket, you total price should be 250-300k or upto 400k if u are scammed. Small money for some, or 60% extra for others. Overall a good option if you in the area.

Bo ke area...also totally closed down.

Rest of the city.
For those in the know and those with transport, its possible to find massages with the bj option for 100 ticket + 200-300 for the bj...or hot tocs with bj for 150-250k inclusive of ticket and tip..the looks of these girls are non uniform, u need luck to find the gem

The following comments are my personal opinion only.

If you talk about touristy places such as Nana Plaza, Soi Cowboy and Thermae Coffeshop in Bangkok of course the price is ridiculous.
These places are mentioned frequently in forums because it's foreigner friendly.
However there're many reasonably priced cheong places frequented by Thai locals whch I partake as well.
Let the "tourists" pay tourist price. :D

For me if talking about value, VND600,000 for ST should be perfect but with the hyper inflation in Vietnam I know costs have gone up a lot.
Please pardon me for the old school pricing. :p
That's why I commented previously of the high prices that people pay for ST/LT these days.
Case in point yes the hyper inflation in Vietnam.

I'm only going to compare places with full sex service and average quality of 5-6/10 in 2014.

Txx Bxxx Barber Shop (Ho Chi Minh)

Price: VND800,000/S$48.48 (Rate @ 16,500)
Note: Price change in 4 years. When I just started the price is hovering around S$38-40.

Petchaburi Soapy Massage Parlour (Bangkok)
Duration: 120min
Number of Shots: 2
Price: THB1400/S$54.68 (Rate @ 25.60)
Note: Price unchanged for 10 years or more! Thai Baht is abnormally weak now due to political unrest. Even at 24.0 rate it's still only S$58.33.

Although the Bangkok one costs S$10 more but the CPF (Cost Per Fuck) is only S$29.165 as compared to the Ho Chi Minh one at S$48.48.

In conclusion I feel Ho Chi Minh is really value for money 4 years ago when compared with Bangkok.
Now it's either on par or even more expensive than Bangkok.
Readers can decide for themselves which is more value. :D

I have gotten action from girls who sell things by street stalls/ve so.
