If you are familiar with the right side of Formosa area,it should be a fairly good hotel to stay in. Nearly the same distance from Formosa to Goodway hotel too.

spelling should be "DJU DJU". If you travel from the junction rom Swiss Bethel ( Peniun) towards Tiban, all the way down T- junction, turn left( right side is to PErmata/ Palm beach estate).. travel the road a bit more, you turn into permata on the left. Down the gentle slope, look to your right.. DJU DJU is there. Don't go to another one that have the name "brother seafood"..

The old boss(fat lady is the main cook), passed the skill to her son, n he is equally a good cook too. Only problem is over time, his restaurant got famous and he got cocky, and unwilling to hire more workers? Or just complacent? rumors had it that Income tax department came after them recently.


"brother seafood"? That was where this DJU DJU first operated from after moving over from Nagoya area. But this owner of "brother seafood"(I know this boss before they start this food business), decided to chase them away after 2 years, when the boss see DJU DJU having good business. Set up the name BROTHER seafood, in order to "steal" the customer from DJU DJU. However, as taste had it, people followed the taste of the food, rather than location.

And this boss of brother seafood, not the first time SHE employed such tactics in business. I am a victim before. So I know.

So sad today...about time to head back to "near Hell" from Heaven.

2nd ,3rd and 4th day of my Batam is a bit complicated.

Summary gonna be long....hmm....but it will be more real info.

There is a new 2 star hotel opening soon. Behind Queen8933's back door...and its BRAND NEW,no one should miss it if one walks behind Queen8933. Its called Central Hotel or something. 2 star hotel usually around S$30,smaller room,no lifts...etc. Building of hotel is up and awaiting opening.

We had a great deal from their Soft Launch Promo. 450k a nite. That was 3 weeks ago. Dunno if you can still get it. They had a big sign just outside the main entrance on the right hand side. I think rack rates are 550-650k. I think can book through Agoda now. I highly recommend at the 450k rate.

Hans Inn across the canal from Happy 8 at the end of the block is a very good deal. Have safe deposit box as well. Walkin rate is 380k. New, clean, very large rooms about 24 sm. Can play hide and seek. Beauty 2 Massage is 3 mins walk, New Acia food court, City walk, Kreopoek, is 5 mins walk.

Bix Hotel is also another good new hotel option. Bookable through Agoda as well. Same distance to City Walk but from the other side. 5 mins walk to MM, Indah2, Newton, Utama Hotel and everything around it - "entertainment mega mall". 10 mins walk to Keyza, Marine Live Seafoods.

Just stay away from DjuDju Hotel. Bad experience.

ic.. then i know where it is.. it's on the road into permata baloi. i used to dine in brother seafood.. didn't know that there are so much black dot history about it. i know there are another seafood chi char around, that must be the dju dju that you are referring to. Thanks for the sharing of the story. will definitely switch the place after learn the history between them..

Went to Indo Rasa Massage yesterday evening, 1.5hours massage, 80,000rph, HJ cost 250,000rph. Massage skill poor. Any recommendation for good massage with special.

haha..last minute booking cost be 71sgd..haha...but oklah..if its a new hotel, then should not be so run down. i went to indorasa previously, got a masseuse, not bad lei..quite strong.

Indorasa. You can try this cewek "Yani". Cheerful and chatty. I paid her total 250,000 for massage 1.5 hrs and hj. But she's leaving for kampung and ending working on 17/6. Fyi.

SYL? U mean the girl in the pix? Face 7, body is slightly BBW. There are better looking promoters out there.....saw a SYT Carlberg rating bet 7/8 but too late as we just done with our drinking, thus, did not order from her.

Fyi, the promoters work till 2:00am. Can u bring them back? I imagine for some, yes as long as $$$ attractive and they like u but I don't know the rate. A nbr of the promoters are divorcees.

Normal Room : 250k/1.5 hr
VIP Room : 370k/1.5 hr

Its a simple package and they provide good massage. Literally the better quality and free use of facilities. Free buffet and mineral water too. The whole feel of the spa is like going to old Golden Finger Spa at Jalan Besar but more spacious and lesser people in it. Seen about 5 to 6 masseurs from there,average look rating is 7/10. Open mouth HJ - 400k , FJ - 700k by girls there,but can be bargained to 150/HJ (no strip) and 350/FJ .My fren got it at 300k but tip extra 50k for her very good attitude (obliging) cos the girl only start work less than 2 weeks and dont wish to bully her as she seems inexperience in the special service pricing.

The plus point about this place is ,it is a very quiet place where one can have some peace of mind where using the hot/cold pool and the sauna/steam room.
