U had not achieved the 1st REQUIREMENT of having at least 10 posts (actual 3) & u need 7 more posts by posting in all 15 threads to achieve tt within 30mins ONCE u post in all 15 threads & instantly u already hv 18posts.

As for the 2nd REQUIREMENT, u need to beg another 73 more points on to add to yr current 27 to make a total of 100points & u will get yr 1st rep power to exchange.
