once i learn the location is actually i'm quite familiar with.. kompleks aku tahu & sungai panas.. (there's one ayam penyet and lele store that i frequent visit, is in the same road at school).. i don't wait for any day longer.. this afternoon i set my target. and early bird get first worm..

the juicy bbq and soft meat of ikan pari.. i don't know how to describe it.. let's just put in this way.. before this, the ikan bakar acia is my favorite stringray bbq.. now if u put a piece of stringray from ikan bakar acia next to this.. i will dump the stringray from ikan bakar acia in trash bin.. (this is just me being 'exaggerated'.. please do not waste food, ha ha)

after the dinner, have a chitcat with boss. i must say, this is another down to earth humble boss. he is the one who suggested me take the softer part of piece of stringray. oh btw, there's alert news for samster who want to go down on this saturday. they are not opening due some wedding ceremony held on the same lane and cause the road blockade on that very lorong.. he said the day after tomorrow, i assume it is this saturday, but made a call to check first. the number can be easily found from bro micmac fr..

AIYOOOOOOOO~~~~ someone pls KILL ME LA! see that stingray (and imagining the same textures and flavours rolling in my mouth.....)

To be fair - the fish is fantastic .. cannot be made to compare with stingray as stingray got sinewy flesh (thereby trapping juices within during BBQ) which the fish dun have.

Very true. I knew of many Singapore Abang are paying 20 Juta (2k sing) monthly maintenance to these girls which caused the girls to turn astray behind their back like drugs, or part of these money goes into another 1 or 2 pockets (their lover aka gigolo).

I was actually joking when i say it is expensive,hehehe...for the food you ordered,its consider as local taste,local price. And the best part,the Instar noodle is down to earth good...very good. Wise choice. :D

Hehehe...stepping out Hana,on the right about 60 steps,you reach Instar which is across the road. I hope you did some turning left and walking ,you will see the famous Yong Kee fish soup just across the other side of the road about 35 steps away. 10 mins walk to Gold Bird,8 mins to Blue moon and about another say around 5-6 mins to Happy 8 new location (if you know the twist and turn). ;)

New Berry indeed made a good choice to move there to wash away their previously stained bad name while the hotel was on its way being built last year,hehehe...

For 7.5/10,the trip should be considered as enjoyable for you,hope your next trip will have an even higher ratings. Go around,move around...find what suits you best there ,dont do stupid things and you will have more good years ahead,hehehe.. ;)

This i agree. Its BEST to keep personal information as personal as possible. Applies to people who interacted with me (via PM and other communication means) and those who joined/linked with me in trips. I dont disclose their nicks or anything i feel is personal,unless they want to be known to the public themselves. Its a form of basic humanly respect to the another person.

Not forgetting there will be people who understand what i write differently.I will constantly need to try my best to be as considerate as possible to how another person feels in order to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding.

Most quarrels and fights over the internet occurs due to the lack of consideration and understanding of another person. When they read and shoot too quickly w/o proper understanding,negative emotions emerge and will cause their reading to become selective ;and when they start to choose what they wish to read from an entire paragraph/post w/o 1st trying to understand the whole context and thats when the battle starts. In short,its call reading between the lines.

Notice i dont reply other bros posting immediately even when i was online? Reason is most time,it is just sharing and learning posts,if it is not exactly very urgent,so i will usually just take my time and make sure i try my best to choose my words as carefully as possible to minimise any form of misunderstanding. No impulsive reply for me too.No negative personal emotion on myself should be generate during my replies to another person. And if i know by replying to another person,i stand a chance to start a negative argument which may likely lead to a quarrel (or fight),i will not even bother to read twice and will completely ignore the post. Again,in short i will do my best not to reply to any post that i feel and think is going to result in negativity and/or goes completely out of thread topic.I cannot stop people from talking,but i can still choose to stop talking to people.

To me,negativity only creates more negativity. It is likewise for being positive. And positivity is constructive,negativity are usually...destructive.

^If you step out from Hana and looking at New Berry, Instar should be on your left side and Yong Kee on your right. Yong Kee is right in front of your eyes :)

I can walk to Happy 8 (right across Hans Inn) and probably Indah 2 and MM (using Newton and a Hotel Bali as reference).

^I won't lie, it is enjoyable bro. Here's praying for another trip to Batam soon. A friend of MY already asking me to bring him to Batam early next year :D
But before that I'm having a short trip to BKK end of this month :cool:

Hana hotel is really cheap and comfy... took 3 nights on the national day weekend..on 91 bucks. but the breakfast is just a few plain options (not complaining since the room are cheap). Went to a chiense restaurant selling fish soup.. it was kinda singapore standard of pricing but the tomyam fish soup was really tasty. No chance to explore New Berry cuz was there with my indo gf. lol....Gonna be going today again..but this time with my male colleague..hopefully it will be good..
