I dunno about the thai law but one thing for sure is that getting yourself on the papers for the wrong reasons is out of the question........

ciakpachineng those hybrid ones I think you must be at least fuent in thai right? walau 20k-30k a month just to be tirak? I guess it depends on their motive and whether they're attracted to u or ur money.

Just like to share . Last night I went to novotel Siam hotel the basement disco. I went in just 30 minutes before the disco closed.
Once the music stopped, the lights came on and you can see the FLs desparately trying to close what ever they can. All sort of quality. Prices range 2000 baht upwards.
A lot of guys also try to do last minute transaction. I checked with one guy from Hk and he said you have bteer bargaining power when the disco closed.
Very interesting.
Today is Queen's birthday so DISCO closed at 2am.

nope, I still speak broken Thai actually (still cannot master probably 'cos using small head more than big head to master, haha). IMHO, it is advantage to speak fluent Thai to sian, sometimes not necessary.
As for motive, obviously, primary motive is money and other criteria like chemistry, personality, looks are secondary. I mean hairdressers earn only ard $6000b salary monthly with no side income and seldom tips.... That is barely enough considering these estimates:
Meals (daily) 100b
Taxi/transport (daily) 100b
Rent 3000 per mth (no sharing with another flatmate so they can bring bf)
Misc/Allowance to parents 3000b per mth
Total : at least $12K minimum expenses. That's no shopping or no other stuff...So how to survive with their salary.

so if they can either work FL or get bf/tirak to be their ATM. If they can get ATM they like or have chemistry with, it is a bonus to them. :D

Of 'cos like in a wet market near to closely time, have lelong/auction..
Don't forget that price may be LOWER at closing time but quality also LOWER.

BTW why on Queen's birthday only closed at 2am? :D

Does anyone know is the Palazzo hotel close to the Hwai Kwang market? I plan to stay in that hotel in my trip to BKK next month. And what time at night can I find FL there? :)
