Ok, lets put it this way, buying of property in Indonesia is ok, but the documentation is the long one, and renovation.

If I remember correctly, they said that they will cover all the documentation for it until certificate. Not just jual/beli.

Long time not been there. Btw hows the overnite booking rates for the gils?

If I take a girl for karoake session, hows the charges like? Do they charge base on hourly or one time charges for the gils as well as the fit room?

Alisan KTV is a booking joint, nobody go ther to sing song talk cork. The name KTV is a type of cover up when they apply for license. Indo is still a muslim country.

Thinking of booking gals Alisan KTV ?, This is convenience if u stay at Formosa hotel. for 300,000rp - 350,000rp the gals will accompany u until the next morning, usually those kty gals will limited u to 2 shots, if the gals like u, then 3-4 shots also no problem. Just go in look for the one u fancy, pay $$$ off u go.

Alisan KTV did provide short time (1 shot) at 250,000rp at your hotel room for two hours. If u stay at other hotel it is quite inconvence to do short time.
I perfer to rest 1-2 hours after blonking.

enjoy..

If u bring them to KTV, they will usually ask u bring them to the KTV u book them so they can earn tips from u, charges all depend on the KTV.

That shows how long was the last time I been there. Those days like 9 yrs back, we used to just booked a girls as karaoke companions. Once in the fit room, we just rabba rabba here and there and end of the 2 hrs, just tip them if dont wish to book overnight.

Those days when we picked the gils at Alisan, I dont remember being charged for picking the gils for karaoke session. We were only charged for the karaoke room (depending on the hrs used) and whatever drinks/food we ordered. I supposed Alisan now change their policy.

Buying a house in Indonesia is not like buying in Singapore. Each country has their own system. Singapore follows the British system, whereas Indo follows the Dutch.

When you buy a house, it is called jual/beli only. Then you got to go to the notaris to stamp the documents. Followed by more documentations and finally, the certificate, which means the house belongs to you. And each process cost some money too. There are tax to be paid on the way, and the process can be long too. May be up to a year. To make things simple, you go to the notaris( something like lawyer) to process for you.

The apartments that is going to be build near Batu Ampar is called Harbour Bay apartments. Under the Citra Buana Group. The mall has Carefour and it is schedule to open in December 09, like it or not, they have to finish the job in 4 months time, or they have to pay penaty to Carefour group.

I'm going this friday, don't be sad, there is still alot of cewek waiting for you in batam. If u can't find those syt cewek u like in those regular booking joint, can still hunt for cewek in the service industries, factory girl, beer promoters provided u know the right people in batam. of course more expensive than cewek from ktv, massage centre, karaoke & fish tank...

About the services it depend on the girls,,

life is short, don't worry....

Tks. I suppose they trying to earn both ends. Commission on the drinks and L/T booking fees. Now no more just booking Alisan gals for singing session. Sigh, really missed those days especially the late 90s. :(

Judging from what Bro Victory1 had said i.e. S/T Rupiah 250K but L/T Rp 300 - 350K, kind of obvious which one to chose right? :D They should just charge S/T at RP150K. That would be more appropriate. :(

Hey Bros! Went batam on friday and just came back today.

Haiz! It was such a failure man!

Most of the clubs like Bovo and Sensasi were closed for a long time already.

Had some chicks but 1 duped me into going to the discotheque. Wasted alot of money buying her and her friend Orbat.

The other 2 were okay. Orang Surabaya.

Did try to cheong shopping mall and disco but didn't know how. Can a bro teach me please?

Will post my FRs soon.
