This whole VAR bullshit is damaging the entire football game...

How can we win the league with this many injuries and this many decisions against us?

A couple of positives though. Nat Phillips had another good game. And it's excellent to have Hendo back. And Diogo Jota's goal....another superb goal by a player who fits this team like a glove.

Back to moaning...Milner added to the injury list and Klopp has said we wont see Thiago(amongst others) in either of our next 2 games. Cracking stuff. Oh yeah Neco Williams really ain't up to it as yet and I really don't want to see Curtis Jones standing in at RB again.

We creak on to Tuesday against Ajax.

you are right, this VAR is nonsense. football is contact sport and body contact cannot be avoided. Robbo kick on Danny was clearly unintentional. If a penalty can be awarded for this, then to be fair Pickford challenge on VVD should be ruled a red card. however seems many decisions are going against Liverpool now.

consolation is that Spurs drew with Chelsea and we are still joint leaders at the top of table.

Liverpool will have tough tough time to retain title with injuries, referees and rivals trying to deny Liverpool.

IMO, any team can reach 85 pts may be enough for ttile.

Any top 6 teams now can win 20 and draw 5 matches from balance 28 matches may win the title.

It’s hard to predict this year, wouldn’t write many teams off winning the league at this stage.

Was pissed off with Southampton v United result...Saints always seem to fade away in the 2nd half but must say Cavani is class and hate to say it but United looked pretty good in the end....

Chelsea v Spurs game got my mood back up again by a little bit though... both so scared of losing...Jose up to his stale mind game tricks as well...

you are right, no longer a 2 horse race this season. quite a number of teams are capable of winning the League title this season. at least Liverpool is up there among the title contenders with so many 1st team players injured.

Klopp will utilised his experience to manage this season.

I trust him.

As long as Liverpool in contention I am sure come Jan 2021 Klopp will be shrewd with his transfer plans.

How many times we witnessed this from SAF when MU was in contention.

Not asking for much, will be happy with a draw tonight with Ajax. Neco will probably be @RB again, definitely not looking fwd to watching him play!

We are stuttering definitely with so many long term injuries. Seems like a bad season so far.. except we are top of the league. Spurs is performing beyond expectation and they are only top of the league with stuttering Liverpool. Imagine how things will be once our injured players return. The other teams can also have players injured from now till the end of the season. Maybe the injuries just hit us earlier than usual. Given that we know there are only 3 substitutions per match, we should not have let Harry Wilson go on loan.

Something interesting I read recently. Remember Kevin Stewart? He left us for a rumoured $4 million pounds and joined Hull City while Andy Robertson joined us for $8 million pounds. He is released on a free by Hull City and is without a club now. We got such a high price for him and he turned out not to be much of a footballer. The same with Jordan Ibe. He was sold by us for $15 million pounds and he joined Bournemouth. Bournemouth released him on a free transfer in June 2020.

Our transfer team is amazing. They can get good prices for players who did not turn out well.

The similarity is completely opposite. SAF had Coward Webb & friends helping him, whereas Klopp has VAR against him.

I wouldn't be surprised if those VAR are linked to SAF, who undoubtedly wants to knock us off the fucking perch again.
