I just find it unbelievable that if a girl indeed loves you she would be unreasonable esp after being with u 3 yrs and if the change just has happened recently then surely u can talk with her and un change her....or maybe you are just another foolish man who thought he was the one in control the one in power as she claimed she lived you along with all your other focus live interests when in fact it was just the opposite.....you taking offense may be a indication that I hit a nerve...every man wants to br adcast to the world what a success he is both at home and at work...no one wants to air his dirty laundry but when it finally fails...it never something as sudden as u claim....if u want to see it as me pucking a fight then fight away I'm sure with your jail and criminal contacts the reason how u ended up in jail would or should make mr scared right....but unfortunately I'm not scared

The Thien Hau Temple was built in 1760 by the Chinese community following their emigration from the mainland to VietNam by sea. Features of interest include huge cauldrons, about a metre in diameter, containing burning incense which can last up to a month, hanging in the main sanctuary.

The Thien Hau Temple is at 710 Nguyen Trai Street, District 5, in the centre of Chinatown.

Whilst in the area why not enjoy some genuine Chinese cuisine and explore the stores that are distinctly different from those in other parts of the city.

Built in 1744, Giac Lam Pagoda is the oldest remaining pagoda in the city. Of particular note is the fine art of southern Buddhist style architecture.

This architectural style features pleasant ambiance, dark interiors, meticulous sculptures with subtle themes.

The Giac Lam Pagoda contains hundreds of precious statues of Buddha Bodhisattva and Arhat, some over 200-years old. Other features include delicately engraved pillars and gilded descriptions in old Vietnamese characters.

The Giac Lam Pagoda is at 118 Lac Long Quan Street, Tan Binh District.

Emperor Jade Pagoda (Chua Ngoc Hoang), also known as Tortoise Pagoda, is one of the five most important shrines in Ho Chi Minh City.

Built at the turn of the 20th Century by a community of Cantonese who migrated from Guangzhou province in Southwest China, this pagoda is a fine representation of Mahayanist branch of Buddhism that is practiced widely in Vietnam.

Situated close to the Ben Thanh market, the Mariamman Hindu temple serves the small community of 100 or so Chinese and Vietnamese Tamil Hindus living in Ho Chi Minh City.

It is the only Hindu temple that is still open in the city and is considered sacred by Hindu and non-Hindu Vietnamese. The temple is rumoured to have miraculous powers giving luck and wealth to those who worship within its walls.

Xa Loi Pagoda
This pagoda, the largest in Saigon, was built in 1956 to contain fragments of bone from The Buddha – Xa Loi means “sacred bones”. The pagoda was a centre of political protest against the regime of President Ngo Dinh Diem and in August 1963 it hit headlines around the world when troops attacked monks and nuns barricaded inside at the start of a campaign that resulted in the deaths of thousands of Buddhists around the country.

The Quoc Tu Pagoda
The pagoda is next to a children’s amusement park. Built in 1962, is has seven storeys, though usually only the first two are open. Visitors are welcome to view the beautiful shrine and Buddha statues inside. Around it are lakes and gardens.

haha...you will not get to see all this temples in a local tour...:)

you need to purposely go to these temples...1-2 mornings enough to visit all these temples...:)

hoang is correct...hcm is not just bonking...plenty of things to do besides gals...many poor needies ppl gathered around the temples...some temples have orphanage or old folks home for charity...you can donate or buy food for these poor needies...:)

sorry...not intent to pic fight same commenting like i do in understanding thread...just seems odd to me that live/love a girl 3 yrs then suddenly she change?..cant see the gradual changes...it like some of the girls i knew..bonk them for weeks tnever ask money then after wards i find out they chatting with other guys on fb and getting money...so what i say yes she always loved me b4?...NO shge never loved me she just used her vagina which cost her nothing to long line fish, and now she see she cant get what she wants she moves to next target...simple...rather talk abt how good i was how she loved me bc she didnt ask for money blah blah

Posting from a local viet worker. Purpose just to shared and not asking for any charity or help.

"We are group of friends who try do our bit for the children in our city every year. This time we have decided to try and help them by giving 30 scholarships, 30 bicycles, books, old clothes. This requires alot of money and we being the students & workers cannot afford beyond this limit.

In this way we can bring a smile on the face of these children who have suffered alot in life."

Cao Dai Temple

The Cao Dai Temple was finished in 1955 when the Cao Dai Army was formed following the Japanese occupation of Indochina. Caodaists believe that all religions are ultimately the same and seek to promote tolerance throughout the world.

The Lord Buddha, Jesus Christ, Muhammad and Confucius, in addition to Joan of Arc and Julius Cesar are all honoured at this temple.

The temple is best visited by booking a tour due to its location close to the Cambodian border, 100km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City in the Long Than village close to Tay Ninh.
