No matter what, the only player that mustn't get injured is Vvd!
As we can see how the team fell apart without him 2 seasons ago.. He's the most important player for Pool imo..

Yes.

That said he had a shocking stinker of game at Craven Cottage last Saturday.

Hope big Virg has got that out of his system and returns to normal top service on Monday night.

Must also say, think Palace took a page off Real Madrid's CL Final strategy game plan and once again this worked very effectively. A bit of a worry as other teams shall probably try this tactic as well.

On Nunez getting red carded, he was naive to react. The defender conned him as that was never a head butt. He's very desperate to succeed but he needs to channel that energy as it can make him look rushed and frantic. Dangerous player either way.

Some positives though...

Thought Elliott had a good game.

And finally, Luis Diaz turned into Luis Suarez in his prime when Darwin was sent off:cool:

Pool's achievement this season will be a top 4 finished @Most. There's no way they can win the Epl title. Darwin will take much longer to settle into the team compared to Haaland. With injuries mounting up n latest being Firmino, Pool better dig into the transfer mkt asap before Pool ends up being in mid table or lower.
