Just back from week long trip to Cebu, just wanted to say best bet is telegram and search "walker".

DMG depends but from what I see it starts at 3k for legit no deposit ones.

Don't know how to post photos so ya do your own checking before booking since I can say from exp quality ones are rare and price isn't a guarantee of quality.

Accomodation wise they are mostly located in the mactan etc north of Cebu Cebu city but usually it's just 500 extra for transport.

Have ons in previous visit to Cebu with one Manila girl that also go there for holidays through Wechat people nearby:D
