Stayed at Flamingos Hotel, Location #30 Street 172. In one of the action areas and no eyebrows raised when bringing a girl back, USD 25 for a standard room.
Favourite place is Le Cyrcee club, on St. 49, just a few blocks from the Central market.

If bros who are familiar with Phnom Penh and with this matter can help to clarify.

I know that the Chinese girls in the KTV are mostly "expired" goods in their late 20s, after doing their rounds in ChangPing or Macau etc.

But is it true that the Vietnamese girls do their rounds in Svay Pak before going into KTV?

My friend told me in the early 90s, Viet girls are only $5 a pop in Svay Pak. After coming into KTV, they become $50 a pop. Most Taiwaneses and other Singaporeans living locally avoiding calling them because of this. (For bros who don't know about Svay Pak, it is a terrible place with cheap brothels and diseased Ang Mo raping underaged girls).

I asked a Viet girl in a KTV if this is true and she said it is no longer happening. Svay Pak is in the past. She said the Viet girls now are "good quality" girls direct from Vietnam or they can't come into KTV.

Anyone can confirm?
