Strange day trip in HCM.......

-I went for a massage and first time since June 2013; I have a room all to myself with 7 others seat empty.
(hence I am busy fingering and kissing my masseur)

-After my massage; I visited 2 cafe and along the way I notice a lot of empty taxi by the side of hotels. I ask my taxi uncle are they waiting for customers? He told me a lot of them rather park by the side of the road than to go around wasting fuel.

-Next when to a Seafood restaurant. The place is huge but only with 5 table of guests. I talk to the captain; he say business drop by 70%. (more like 90% to me.)

-Took a walk at CBT night market; the place got more salesperson than tourist. Met one of gal H88 know... She told me business is really bad.

- My hotel got around 6 taxi outside and it is already 11pm in HCM. (Just happened.)

Business is really terrible in HCM. Trust me, now is the safest time to go HCM. Everyone is so lost that no one will bother with you.

Hi Senior Bro,

This is my first trip to Vietnam. So i have 2 simple question. i hope some kind brother can answer my queries. tks in advance.

1) Tips.
How much $ should I tips the bellboy or waitress. i don't want to spoil the market. And i also don't want to short change them.

2) Cash
I will stay at HCMC for 2 night and also Vung Tau for 2 night.
One VB will accompany me for the whole trip since I meet her in SG.
I have a limited budget. Will SG $1200 be enough for the hotel and expense for my trip. We both not in to clubbing nor posh restaurant.

I know some bro will flame me. But I sorry, cos i really need the answer.

is the nick Lacezy or LAZY hahah...tip 10-20k is more than enough unless they do something super special, i dont even tip bellboy..second question how do we know how much u agree with the girl, maybe u handsome and she goes free, or maybe u agree already 500usd fee per day...but in my mind 300usd per day is insufficient esp for 2 pples, not even factoring how much she will ask for your help later on.

The $1200 is only for the daily expenses. I intend to give her $400 on the last day of the trip. After that, is all on her own.

unless u list down all the activities u gonna do for the 4 days and which grade of hotel u gonna stay,if not,i doubt anyone can answer ur question.

btw,what u mean by posh restaurant???

eating at normal restaurant can also be expensive,depending on what types of food u order.

VB is Viet babe he prob doesn't want to ask because he has prob intimated to her he is a man of means but in reality he is on a tight budget if he was to ask the cat would be out of the bag...I'm just waiting for the big car crash when the bill comes for her and hrt friends disco and poshing eating..

LOL - I rather suspect that this may be the case - thus my curiosity.

But it'd be interesting to know what his reasons would be - coz IMHO it'd be natural for lacesy to just ask those questions to her instead of anybody else.

Actually, $1200 is a lot for your daily expenditure since you are going there for 5 days I presume. Don't change all your money 1st cos if you change all, in the end, all the balance might end up with the VB. Maybe just change $700, and the rest keep it. If you trust your VB, you can let her handle the $700, if not, you just paid the bill.

My advise?

Never lie to any wg! Why should you? Just always be forthright and if she asks, tell her your exact station in life and what you are willing to pay/spend on her.

And even if you've already put out a wrong impression, still not too late to set the record straight. If she don't like it, too bad, there's so many fishes out there that there'll be tons who'd be willing and happy to be with you.

But yes, sigh.... Too many zeroes to heroes... Especially when mongering out of town ..... I see too many all over the place

I have told her my budget for this trip. She knew I am not a rich man.
and she assure me is enough for the 4 days.
So i will just wait and see how things turn out to be.
Dream trip or nightmare in Vietnam?
