There is a 24 hour sauna at Tianjin Street (天津街) called 金年華三溫暖 (no 56 on Google map)

Set up is like Caesar World. Locker -> shower -> sauna / pool -> lounge where the mamasan will ask you what you looking for. Facilities older than Caesar.
