Today (28/12/12, Fri) ard 11am change RMB at People park complex. The rate is 5.08

I was there today also, changed at 5.095. Saw the remittance rate at 2nd level there indicate 5.095 so go around the money changer to ask for the same rate. Some offer as low as 5.07.

Most shopping malls offer crazily low rates.... Changi business city point for example....

Last Friday, I got 5.092 at the 1st floor Arcade.
A good check is at this url : http://arcademoneychangers.com.sg/ratesbiglogo.asp and you can get a slightly better rate at some of the exchange shops on the 1st floor at the Arcade
