Geylang is a freaking big area. With some areas quieter than others. I like to go for the adverse sometimes, ktv places aplenty and those crowded areas sometimes not so suspicious to loiter around as well.

My preferred area on working days. :D Lots of gems can be found here these few years, recent ones like Yu-er, Duo-er, Chi-zi, Angela all in the east, a lot of bros are missing out on the fun.

Bro for G, some are in very old apartments one. Hygiene is cui to the max.

If new condo I am ok. Old apartments I tried before and am totally turned off.

Another reason is probably they don't want people to see their cars in geylang I guess.

I also feel that Geylang is safer than other areas (in terms of being caught in the act).

It is already "condemned" so as to speak by the government as it's a designated red-light area. Authorities more likely to close one eye on what's going on there and they rather raid the city area or heartlands.

Get my drift?

Not saying that Geylang is impervious to AV, but it might be slighty safer than other areas.

i doubt so, i do think some apt are more susceptible, due to layout and exact location, track record etc. but old one don't go, new one won't come :D AV is just helping us with the renewal process to ensure we have new stock
