Robbie Keane's appeal is rejected and is banned for Hammers' game. How come only 1 match? Thought a straight red is 2/3 matches.

well i dont think we'll see another maradona in our lifetime. simply becos maradona is someone who dribbled past a host of defenders all the way from midfield and scored. and no one can match his ball control.

bro for red card its automatically 1 immediate match ban. unless it is judged as a serious offence like fighting or deliberate body harm etc, then the FA may impose a few matches ban.

if i am not wrong, when a player accumulates a certain number of red cards (like roy keane, vieira, savage used to), the player may be banned for a few matches.

Well I pressume Martin Jol is a good cook...just look at his tummy. But Im hoping for another away victory for us as WH looks like they are playing without their true capabilities. Lets hope that the 4-0 loss against Charlton will dampen their hopes and our boys, whose on form, could take advantage of that.

So everybody, on a C note... Glory Glory Tottenham Hotspur (3x) as the Spurs go marching in, Tottenham is the best team the world has ever seen (3x) and the Spurs go marching on....

west ham 3 (noble, tevez, zamora)
mighty spurs 4 (defoe, tainio, berbatov, stalteri)

http://msn.foxsports.com/id/6527126_7_1.jpg
Carlos Tevez of West Ham scores his team's second goal from a free kick against Tottenham Hotspur. It was Tevez's first goal for the club.

oh... why did i switch off the tv during the break just to sleep 45mins earlier? why did i have so little faith?

tevez can really join spurs now, spurs broke the duck for him. :D

Another 4 goals.....another win. Spurs really hot at the moment!

Brilliant fightback from your team. With the score at 2-0 at half time and the 'hammering' the Spurs' players were getting, I thought Spurs gonna get 'hammered' without Keano.

Same here lar bro, I also made a big mistake by falling asleep after setting the tv timer.

Cant wait to watch your team against Chelsea this weekend.

What a match...what a match! Like most of you, I almost gave up at half time. But I kept faith. I somehow knew the boys will bounce back and wow, they sure did! The first half was a clueless performance, especially by Ghaly, who once again proved that I was right...he is so inconsistant. I would rather play Hudds alongside Jenas in the 1st half with Tainio on the left and Lennon to his normal RMF position. But Jol reschuffled the team a bit and it worked wonders.

I was sceptical about the introduction of Paul Stalteri as both Chimbo and him are both RB. Chimbo was pushed up, and I guess it wasnt a good idea. But Jol noticed it, brought on Taarabt, which impressed me with his 6 or so minutes contribution. I think he is skillfull, not in the Zidane way, more like Riberry. Sharp on the passes and moved the ball pretty well. So bro Lungless, I dun think we need Riberry after all. We have this 17 year old Frenchman who could do wonders!

I was a gutsy performance, and again I appalud BErbatov who is so hardworking. Defoe didnt perform badly either but Ive seen better performances from him. Others who did rather well last nite was Chimbo, Lee YP, Tainio, Lennon (alongside Tevez for MOTM) and Hudds when he came on. So bring on Braga then Cheski. We have collected 6 pts from 2 away matches plus 1 FA Cup away win. So I guess I will be looking for an Away win at Stamford Bridge...but wait, we;re talking about Chelsea here. The "Mighty" Chelski. So I reckon, a draw would be good and a win in the replay. Up the Spurs....

The self-proclaimed Special One will try to win the Quadruple and create history. Rumours are Chelsea are parting company with him at the end of the season.

Hope Spurs get a result against Braga on Thurs and go to Stamford Bridge with confidence. :)

I am lucky to stay put thruout the match:D . It was darn good...the best match in EPL as touted by many!!! Ya, im disappointed with Ghaly this time round, so am i with Jenas. Luckily this time Jol do a substitution early. And it did wonders! I am really happy that Tainio is back to his best....he is a great midfielder who does all the dirty work quietly.

Taarabt, looks very impressive. I hope the loan will be permanent. I think he will be something like Zidane not Ribery....he showed flashes of that!! That few minutes or so, already makes me think that he is good!!

How about Tevez? he was a torn in Spurs side all the way...he will be a really good addition to Spurs next season actually.

Hope Spurs will play well against Braga and Chelsea. I also hope that these 4 wims will not swell Spurs Supporter. Remember that humility has always been a Spurs Forte;) Cheers!!!
