The department store is being remodeled, but you can still get in through an entrance on Nanjing or around the back side by the Outback steakhouse. Both go straight to the elevator bank and just go to the 15F.

You can tell a taxi Nanjing and Dunhua, or just say Ikea (which is in the basement).
