Stayed in Thien Xuan hotel district 1 which is gal friendly and considering the price (SGD 40+/night) I paid for, it's a good deal given the room size, cleanliness. staff service and there's even breakfast buffet which in my opinion has quite a good spread and the food is pretty tasty.
