Re: Vietnam - HCM (Thread 3)
This is typically how a gal from Mekong Delta writes. See if u can decipher the meaning:
E dau bjet n0j tjeg a dau ma lam hu0g dan vjen. dan a dj thjm wan thj dk d0a ---------------- Damsen park during holidays have lots of gals there but ya...they wear t-shirts. Btw if u do go to the park, do be careful...there are some dogs lurking in the bushes. I usually bring along a stick to whack them. Quote:

Re: Vietnam - HCM (Thread 3)
New to the forum. just register. Hoping to get some advice about entering Vietnam under visa exemption for ASEAN country citizens. I am travelling end this month to Ho chi minh for the casinos and tour, then go to Cambodia, also casino and tour. Then back Ho chi Minh again. The question I have is:
There is a visa rule that states that Vietnam allow free visa entry for countries under visa waiver only for the first time and visitor must wait 30 days after their exit to enter Vietnam again. For Singaporean who visit Vietnam multiple times under ASEAN visa exemption rule, does the 30 days gap applies. Appreciate any help from experts here. |

Anybody can recommend good outcall service in Ho Chi Minh city district 1? I am currently here for only a day.

Re: Vietnam - HCM (Thread 3)
Yes but there is a caveat that is not often mentioned. This is not across the board and is applicable only to selected (read: expensive) projects. But then again, it's a good start.
With the implementation of AEC (similar to EU) in Dec, expect to see more changes like lifting of visa-period requirements for Asean member countries and so on. Quote:

Re: Vietnam - HCM (Thread 3)
Having already researched property investment by foreigners in various SE Asian countries, I would suggest anybody seriously thinking about investing in such to consult professionals...... But NOT just to follow their advice blindly, and instead use them to gather for you official government publications/websites in English (as the regulations apply mostly to foreigners, such English material usually available).
Too many even supposedly professionals in SE Asian countries are not only not that professional, some are even in the back pockets of others. Just IMHO SEAJ |
