I suspect the boss made his decision not purely on economic grounds. Otherwise even an idiot could see laying off the whole M'sian team would do bad for his wallet.

I heard before some of the boss grouse from a Malaysian WL. She told me boss didn't like Malaysian because they are difficult to control. Like they only come in at 1pm and knock off at 7pm. Some times suka2 the Malaysian WL don't come in. Also they go back for 1 month break every now and then and boss not happy cause cannot maximize profits. He thought by taking cheaper, younger and more willing China WL, he will maximize profit coz they are there 24/7 365 for 2 years. He probably thinks if he can generate the same number of clients as malaysian WL, then business sure huat.

But obviously it backfired on him. Nobody told him China WL are a dime a dozen and so many houses have China WL making it virtually impossible for his house to stand out!

seems like middle man is always the issue here
for FL with agents promise then can earn x amount and for customers they also list can do this and that but when you arrive, that is unlikely the case

There are a section of customers who do that though . Have heard stories from angpais in the past who said they had regular customers who they described as "very very very old" who just cuddle and chat with them without FJ
