Thanks for the overwhelming support. Will get back round to you guys .i decided to extend my stay to a week cause a gap in my schedule popped up.
The Caravelle is under going renovations at the moment, but my first 3 days are already booked there. Was thinking of the Hyatt or Nikko. Heard they are all not gf friendly either. Believe private apartments can be rented. What's the take on this?

For better foreign exchange rates, go to any goldsmith shops around Ben Thanh Market (Chợ Bến Thành) or in District 1, 3, 5 and 10.
