The govt has been changing its policies like me changing gf. No one will "trust" the current dictator. It will take years before private consumers invest in Vietnam property.

Last week I flew to HCM for a night then flew to BKK for 2 nights and return to HCM for another nite , no problem with immigration

Thank you for all the experts' advice. I will proceed with plan to go Vietnam then Cambodia then back to Vietnam. This trip is about Casino, food and sightseeing. Retiring lifestyle. If trip is good will consider other beaches in Vietnam. Thanks bros.

Vietnamese dont like judgement but really love compliment because they are lack of confidence.
Sweet lie is better than bitter truth.
Dont say anything bad to them.
Dont mention social topics.
They are ignorant of even GDP of their own country.
Dont compare them with better one.
Comparison is just one kind of objective way to find real nature in your country ,but they are really lack of confidence ,they hate comparison.
Just keep saying "Vietnam is BEST country " that's enought to let them enjoy .:D:D

Since this thread have evolve from sex thread to dating and understanding vn ppl thread, i share my findings...:)
One Vn mysterious fact i discover when i when I work with vietnamese.
Vietnamese anytime work so slowly and have many mistakes and never actively start it by themselves ,
but they work perfectly and quickly when they decorate Christmas interiors without their boss requests. :D

Vietnamese should go to Manila , they can watch their own country from foreigner sight.
What Vietnamese feel in manila is same as what foreigner feel in Vietnam.
You will enjoy
Dirty air, Low moral ,cheating and scam, terrible traffic, corruption, and "GOOD ENGLISH WITHOUT BRAIN" .
Many Vietnamese go to Singapore or some developed country for traveling, but few Vietnamese go manila.
because Vietnamese love Luxury, but tend to look down on developing countries.
Manila at 2013 could be HCMC at 2030.
Trip To manila will be educational experience for all of Vietnamese.

Young vietnamese love to study English, this is what I always my message to them.

Stop studying English in school, study English with your foreign partners on the bed.
Your foreign partner will be good English teacher.
Go to Disco to find your teacher instead of going to school.
Make up and dress up instead of buying thick English-Oxford-Dictionary.
The motivation you want to know more about your partner increase your English skill .
This learning method is good for lazy person .
How to make efforts is more important than effort itself.
You can learn English easily.
Your "FREE" teacher will teach you not only English but also SEX and Culture.
You will know real international relationship.

Some of them work for prostitution.

Insight to vietnamese people thinking.

None buy Sapporo Beer if its prices is same as 333.
Vietnamese ppl buy Sapporo beer because it is just expensive.
From Heineken to Saigon Beer, All beer you can drink in Vn is "Lagar Beer"
These beer are made of same ingredients by the same ways.
So all "Lagar beer" taste look similar to one another as if all soft water have same tastes.
Sapporo beer is quite popular even in Japan. because Sapporo is "cheapest beer brand" in Japan.
Vietnamese really love status but they misjudge the brand of Sapporo beer and pay double price to buy cheapest brand for their pleasure.
Vietnamese say Sapporo is safe and expensive bcos it is imported from Japan.
I was so surprised because Sapporo beer in Vn is made in Vietnamese factories by Vietnamese people.

Hi to all my experience bros! Need some advise from you guys. I'm currently at HCM now. Came to meet a girl here, even though i had mentioned my flight back to SG is on Friday but she just told me she has to go back her own place on Thursday, leaving all by myself in the hotel till Friday.

As this is my 1st trip to HCM, many things i dare not try. Lol.. i happened to browse my wechat from the people nearby section & there r many vietnam girls texting me to offer massage & sex. Some can even come to my hotel. So i was wondering is it safe to get these girls from wechat?

I dare not say it is safe but till today those vb under wechat are quite safe.
a) don't give the room number to them 1st;
b) make sure the vb and photo are the same person as they are many cases where some photo are being use.
c) keep all expensive items and cash in the sage when you are in the toilet or sleeping.
d) Nego the price 1st before anything

think this is very common...most foreigners go hcm 1st time sure see gal they met at their own country either sinkieland or malaysia...then these gals are not based in hcm and few hours away province...:)

anyway for just one night why bother to risk...unless you have not unloaded enough for the past few nights...or just simply go to any massage in my signature and get a hj release...:)

Just to relate a pm which I helped to translate tieng viet to english yesterday...:)

the person pm said I may just save a life...I read this statement in happiness thinking that if I really did that means I build good karma if I had helped someone anonymously...so my reply to him...if anyone wants to have Viet gf then please learn tieng viet...see evidently this person friends suspect his gf is cheating on him...but when I translated all the tieng viet sentences I dun see any cheating...so there you goes...learn tieng viet if want viet gal...:)

another story i relate is karma...this happened 5 years ago...:)

a friend of mine was so keen to bonk any decent gal that he met in Vietnam on the first date...he usually bonk and then disappear...so the gals he not interested anymore will be thinking bloody sinkee very bad ppl...so I asked him dun he believe in karma...what happened if his sis or daughter will be the victim in future...so he said he single and sis married...I did not chat with him after that...after 5 years, few days ago I received a pm and he said he wanted to do some charity and when I will be doing...he told me he was sick and need to go for major operation...not sure how long he can recover...bad karma had hit...you did irresponsible things then be prepared for bad karma...:)

As I told you, if you are daring enough, just find a wechat vb. Few of my friends had tried and find that it is ok. it is only once, the vb photo is totally different from the person who come. My friend rejected it and that vb wanted to claim transportation $ from him but my friend told her off.
