You are absolutely right.

400-4000 pts Brothers with high points play by the rules.
It is usually safe to share with them.They usually want to protect
their points and never do anything that make people zap them.

New Brothers 20-50 points.
I am more vary and tend to share some "less precious" places with
them and look out for their FR. That's how I got started.
When I am a 20pointer, only 1 out of 5 brothers replied my request.
But slowly, as I write my FRs, I got more points and more contacts.
Now with 200 points, I am still considered a new comer by many
brothers and received info for 1 out of 3 request.
So don't be discouranged, just work a bit harder in posting
DISCRETE FRs.

Brothers with Less than 20points.
Sorry, I normally do not reply them as it means that
they have already been zapped by someone for not
following the rules.
