For your updates... She is 47 or 48 years old. One of the trainer told us her fitness better than him (early 20s).

I am aware SAF is in the process of outsourcing PT to civilian contractors. Not sure if it's just for NSmen or the whole SAF. in any case, it's all wayang at the end of the day lah.:)

btw I like reservist PTIs, they are more relac with the training!:)

But with these civilian contractors taking over...cannot wayang much le. In fact they shout at NS men sometimes. Lol. Like we some BMT recruit.Anyway it's 2 hrs only. Shout shout lor....

You can't blame them sometimes. Some of the RT guys are not automatic. I did my RT at Maju. They told us to run 3 rounds of a 1 km circuit. Some ran, some walked. If you chose to walk, have the common sense to time your walk regardless of whether you chose to walk 1km or 2km. There was this joker who chose to walk 3 rounds. End up waste so many people's time and RT ended close to 10pm. If he had walked 2 rounds only, RT would have ended at 9.30 pm.

There was another guy who chose to 'hide' after getting his number tag. He sat in his car and played with his phone. FCC CO walked past and saw him in his driver's seat and decided to conduct a roll-call. End up everyone go home late also.

True..at RT u see so many kind of characters la..some xiao on, some ROC, some come only for TCSS...so I do welcum the new fitness trainers...ESP if there are more female ones!!

This am went for my 5 rt...saw a new gal trainer. At least a b cup size cos she was wearing a sports bra n the curves were showing...at Khatib camp. FYI bros out there...

Now i tink i saw arnd 5 female trainers during 1 rt lesson. The old one is hair vy long one, can tell she is old but didnt know she is tat old. Abit cant b leh. Her fbt shorta very short one but she is well toned and bit musclular leh unlike the other younger trainers . Only saw 1 indian light skin gal quite chio n cute. Her ass looks so good in the shorts..din c her for some time liao
