To be fair to that poster, he did give credit to her service but perhaps his choice of words concerning her looks may come across as overboard to some and it being his maiden post with a January account didn’t help matters.

Nevertheless, Adele continues to have many RTM customers and booking her isn’t easy so that itself is a testament to what she’s doing right so far.
