Welcome to the amulets world. Bro, its not easy to tell fakes. Nowadays, the fakes are very high end and really need a trained eye to spot.

It takes years and alot of effort to learn how to tell fakes.

Its good to pick up the thai amulet magazines and look through them. However, don't take it that those amulets from thai magazines are all genuine. They do mixed genuine and fakes together.

Also, do not take it that if your amulets are different from the amulet books then yours are fakes. Books are books and they captured only those phims that are around in the market at the time of publication, and not many amulets books are up to day with the different phims or special phims out there in the huge amulet market.

If you like Somdej and LP Thuad, focus on this two types. There are just too many types of amulets out there to really know them all.

Bro how to put it out in here. Too many things you have to take note and also you have got to have a good knowledge for that particular type of amulet before you can really tell. I am not saying I have very good knowledge on amulets but passable.

Don't get from internet or ++++++++. You can't really tell from the pics they post if its genuine. They may even post a pic of the real amulet and parcel to you a high end fake.

I also kenna fakes one before. But its part of the learning process. :D

Oic , thanks...yupx, i believe every collector / wearer of amulets/barangs get fakes ones at some point of their journey. Regardless whether they are newbies or veterans...;)

Hehehe ya lo Lao hero, just check with my friend over there he said not much driver want to bring ppl there if want prices also very high. :( if like that cannot be hero liao cos cannot go there not enough $$$ :D

Bro as for me I still keep it and at time bring it to LP or achan to bless as time go by maybe it will became useful. If after all the blessing u still think it fake n no use than give to someone but not RENT to them. Who knows it might help that poor chap. :p
