Today at Arcade/Change Alley end of day at 5.45pm the best rate available was 4.81. Most money changers had no stock in RMB

Checked today again at Arcade/Change Alley at 5.45pm.. best available rate still hovering at 4.81 (12 Mar 2014)

Good signs on rmb weakening against SGD, see the chart and historical trends suggesting rmb will weaken some more....

This is just temporary.

The real price should be hovering at 4.7X if there's no manipulation. :p
