Why don't u change at HCM airport? So many counters right after u club arc the customs check. Rates better than anywhere in Singapore. Of course for changing more then head to Ben Thanh market.

I joined 2 seniors for a trip end April 2015. I was stressed so took a break away from work.

Yes when I in HCM, check out a few currency exchange stall at ben thanh market and dong khoi street, the rate in HCM very much better than Singapore. 1 of my fren change about $500 in Singapore are very regret after know the rate there.
