Was walking around the town late at night like near midnight. Saw a few FLs hanging around the area next to the muara. They hang out near the side of 3/4 star hotels. Saw 3-4 of them next to the Brunei Hotel. These are locals or from Indonesia from the sound of their tone. I was with going to a "night meeting" so did not stop to inquire but they called out to me to offer their services. A bit difficult to get them into the Empire Hotel where I was staying.

For those of you desperate enough go for a walk at night.
