Just changed at Arcade yesterday with Chinese Money Changer CNY463.60 .
Please be careful when changing CNY at Arcade and Ctown. Some fake notes have been making the rounds with the money changers. Make sure they run the CNY through the machine as the fakes gets id and kicked out.
I have also been told that the PRCs are scamming the foreign tourists. They switch your good CNY with fakes and reject it as fake. So you take it back and give them some more good ones. Smart huh!! Just be vigilant.
