Hi bro jc where is this arcade? Does this have the best exchange in town? Usually I will go to People's Park but usually too crowded for my liking...

Arcade is at raffles mrt station.

When u come up, u able to see the name Arcade.

U better go 2nd sty as more money changers there as u can compare the rate offer.

Most of the time i take 1st sty rate as a reference.
